Mediation is a process that allows both parties in dispute/disagreement to come together and resolve/negotiate their issues through a third party neutral/mediator.
We conduct both private and court ordered mediation. We serve throughout Georgia. Currently we are on the roster for Gwinnett, Dekalb, Fulton, Clayton and the 7th District court system.
Coaching
We provide Divorce and Conflict coaching.
If you are going through a divorce or would like to learn about the process before making any major decision or hiring an attorney, talk to us.

A coach can inform you and educate you of the options available to you. It is important to go through this exercise before you pay thousands in retainer or hundreds in consultation.
About Onpoint Mediation
We are focused on making things amicable and conducive towards reaching a resolution. Our mediators and coaches specialize in handling highly contested, hostile and confrontational scenarios. We mediate and coach Family law and Civil cases.
Family law cases include Divorce, Child support, Child custody, Alimony, Asset division and legitimation.
