Her business/legal/HR/financial background gives her the ability to resolve cases with varied layers of financial and emotional complexities. Nadiya has cross-cultural expertise She has lived in four countries and speaks three foreign languages (Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati).
Nadiya performs both private and court ordered mediation. She is currently on the roster for Dekalb, Gwinnett, Fulton, 7th Circuit and Clayton County. Nadiya has a unique mediation style. Through her show of compassion, empathy and innovative approaches to problem solving, Nadiya has been able to resolve disputes with challenging issues and confrontational parties interactions.
Nadiya has dual MBA from Georgia State University (Commercial Diplomacy and Executive Business Leadership) and Sorbonne Graduate Business school (Business Organization and Management) from Paris, France. She has a Bachelors degree in computer science from York University in Toronto, Canada. Nadiya has worked for Cap Gemini America and IBM as an IT Consultant/Trainer.
